Women are often considered the backbone of the church. A recent Barna study highlights that women are more likely than men to comprise the ranks of churchgoers, volunteers, and Sunday school teachers. Women can be an integral part in seeing a church succeed, but on the flip side can lead to the churches demise.
It is critical to have an intentional Women’s ministry program in place to ensure the women of your church are feeling valued and appreciated, and developing in their own spiritual maturity.
In this course, Linda Pausley hosts a three-part learning lab on Launching an Intentional Ladies Ministry with the Smaller Church in Mind. This course is for women to share ideas and challenges of ladies’ ministry. From getting started to developing leadership, this learning lab will offer participants practical helps and encouragement.
