Church planting mentor Mark Neal leads four sessions on turning guests of your church into members of your church, providing not only proven ideas but practical tips and warnings as well. All four sessions are hosted by former GARBC National Representative John Greening.
Session 1 is audio only. Skip the first 10 minutes and dive into 10:20 and beyond for practical suggestions on how to leave a good impression with first-time guests of your church. (45 min.)
Session 2 introduces four new topics: “Follow-up Flow to Grow,” “Pie Delivery,” “6:7 & Care-Group Investment,” and “Care-Group Leader.” (56 min.)
Session 3 develops principles and practices for mentoring leaders, discipleship, and training. (48 min.)
Session 4 is the most interactive session, providing additional real-life–tested advice and how-to answers. (56 min.)
About Mark Neal
Mark Neal planted a church in Las Vegas, Nevada, which he then pastored. He is founder and executive director of Clarity Ministries. According to the ministries’ website, Mark was a lead pastor and primary teacher at three churches over a span of 20 years. “Mark has planted a church, pastored a mega church, and revitalized a church,” the website says. Serving as lead pastor “in these three distinctive contexts has helped him successfully mentor and coach pastors and spiritual leaders no matter their ministry stage or context,” the website says.
