Free Shipping
RBP will pay shipping charges for orders over $295.00 when paying by credit card (shipped least expensive method). Free shipping applies only to orders received with full payment and a continental US ship-to address. Free Shipping is not available for retailer accounts or international orders.
Handling
There is a separate $2.00 handling fee for each order.
Tracking
For UPS and several other carriers, tracking numbers may be available after your order has been shipped. We may email you a tracking number when we receive it. You may locate any known tracking numbers in the order details under your profile’s order history or contact our Customer Service Department. Most of these numbers can be entered on the carrier’s Web site to determine more exactly where your order is and when it will arrive.
Shipping to a P.O. Box
If you are having your order shipped to a P.O. Box you cannot use UPS. Currently, the only USPS method of shipping offered on our web store is USPS Priority Mail. If you do not need expedited service, we recommend considering UPS Ground as it may be a lower rate.
International Shipping
International shipping costs are significant. They are determined by cart amount. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerages fees on customer orders. RBP is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by customs. Orders placed with RBP indicate awareness and responsibility related to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for all packages shipped to your country.
