Learning Lab to Discuss Pastoral Care Challenges

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill.—The Regular Baptist Web Community will host a three-part learning lab beginning Sept. 24 titled “Pastoral Care Challenges” facilitated by David Jones, a pastoral care pastor and mentor in South Charleston, West Virginia.

Sessions will provide Biblical encouragement and practical help in ministering God’s love, grace, and truth to those who may be struggling with a variety of problems today. Also, participants will have the opportunity to interact online or through e-mail with the presenter. Topics will include compassionate care for hospital patients and the bereaved. A personalized Q & A session and set of notes will be included in this three-part learning lab.

Cost is free for members of Regular Baptist churches, $15 for non-members. For registration and additional information, visit the Regular Baptist Web Community at www.RBwebcommunity.org. Parts two and three of the series will be held Oct. 1 and 8. Start time is 10 a.m. Central Time for all three dates.
