ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill.— Regular Baptist Press introduces VBS 2022 and welcomes churches to give kids a memorable experience at Kookaburra Coast: Awesome Adventures in God’s Glory.
At Kookaburra Coast kids will discover unique destinations and exotic animals—complete with jeep excursions, animals in the outback, and wonders in the Great Barrier Reef. As students discover God’s glorious handiwork in the land down under, they will encounter His life-changing glory in Jesus Christ and through adventures with Moses. Like Moses, they will never be the same!
Moses encountered God’s glory on numerous occasions, but at Kookaburra Coast, students will learn about four of them:
- “On Fire: God’s Eternal Glory” (the burning bush)
- “From Captivity: God’s Gracious Glory” (the exodus)
- “Through the Deep: God’s Mighty Glory” (the Red Sea crossing)
- “On the Mountain” God’s Awesome Glory” (giving of Ten Commandments)
Then, through “In Person: God’s Living Glory in Jesus Christ,” students will be introduced to the Savior. In fact, the gospel, along with lessons on Christlike living, are part of every lesson. Kookaburra Coast is a fully integrated, gospel-centered program that weaves the salvation message into each lesson.
