Dr. John Greening leads three sessions with church leaders via online training. The sessions include input from Michael Nolan. These sessions were recorded in October 2014 and hosted by Andrea Gower.
The goals of these sessions are for you to
- lead the process of strategic planning in your church,
- discover the unique ministry potential God has given your church,
- align that potential for effective ministry, and
- build your leadership confidence and credibility.
Session 1 The first 12 minutes focuses on introductions to speakers and participants. This session lays out two assumptions about churches and how to evaluate a church’s assets. Includes a link to a ministry assessment questionnaire. (69 min.)
Session 2 This session uses a real church as an example of assessing assets and using them. Includes links to three resources: Example Assessment Questionnaire, Assessment Results, and Strategy Weekend Plan (72 min.)
Session 3 This session details the process of integrating the compiled data and analyzing it so your church can align with the conclusions. Includes a link to a strategy weekend report. (77 min.)
