New Book Examines High Churches

Regular Baptist Press

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill.—A new book examining what the ancient high churches teach and what is contrary to Scripture is now available at from author Ken Guindon.

High Church Heresy reveals Catholic and Eastern Orthodox teaching on a number of topics, including tradition, Scriptures, the church fathers, Mary, salvation, baptism, and the Lord’s Supper. Readers will learn what Catholic and Eastern Orthodox churches believe and practice. The book is helpful for church leaders, college students, and churchgoers.

Ken Guindon spent much of his adult life as a devout convert, first to Roman Catholicism and then to Eastern Orthodoxy. After an intense period of Bible study opened his eyes to the heresies of these ancient churches, he returned to the evangelical New Testament faith “once for all delivered to the saints.” Now retired, Ken and his wife reside in Florida.
