ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill.—Beyond the Ballot, the latest women’s Bible study from Regular Baptist Press author Pamela Russell, is now available at

Today, more than ever before, there are more women in the American political arena, more working in government agencies, more being elected to public office, and more holding
Purchase Beyond the Ballotexecutive office. This phenomenon begs to be studied Scripturally. Beyond the Ballot looks at 14 prominent women of the Bible—familiar ones like Esther and less familiar ones like Huldah—whom God used to impact kings, kingdoms, and legislation. This study calls today’s Christian woman to move beyond the ballot box to effectively pray for her nation.

Pamela Russell is the national director of Women’s Ministry for the Capitol Commission. With two decades of experience in counseling and correctional settings, she has earned certification by the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors, is an Indiana Law Enforcement chaplain, and formerly served as director of Almond Tree, a substance-abuse training ministry for believers and churches. Pam has three children and nine grandchildren.

Pam has also written two counseling books: Addiction: A Family Affair and More than Sobriety: Resources for Biblical Substance Abuse Counseling.
