The Importance of Biblical Separation

Regular Baptist Press has always emphasized the importance of Biblical Separation—the notion that the Christian church cannot and must not fellowship with those who deny the fundamentals of the faith. The abiding relevance of this doctrine was recently underscored by Francis Chan’s enthusiastic willingness to speak at events sponsored by groups affiliated with the New Apostolic Reformation. While many would like to see the old tug-of-war between separatists and ecumenists fade from the scene, realistically this subject is not going away anytime soon.

Mike Hess and I discussed the Regular Baptist perspective on Biblical Separation on the latest episode of the Baptist Bulletin Podcast. You can listen to the episode below, or subscribe to the podcast through iTunes, Stitcher, or Google Play.
